1. Use our contact form with your order number and a short note about what's not working.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label — you don't pay shipping on the way back.
3. Once we receive it, we'll process the refund or ship the exchange within 2 business days.

• Anything returned within 30 days of delivery, used or unused.
• Gear that failed in the field — we want to know about it.
• Exchanges for a different size, color, or model.
• Items damaged by accident or misuse outside the return window. We'll still help you find replacement parts where possible.
• Personal-contact items like hydration bladder mouthpieces for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive your return, the refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Store credit and exchanges are processed immediately.

If you paid with a gift card, the refund returns to that card — we can email a replacement if the original was discarded.
