Returns & exchanges
If the gear doesn't work for you, return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. That includes gear that's been worn on a real trail — we want you to actually use it before deciding.
Once we receive your return, the refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Store credit and exchanges are processed immediately.
If you paid with a gift card, the refund returns to that card — we can email a replacement if the original was discarded.
