30 days. No hassle.
If the gear doesn't work for you, return it within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. That includes gear that's been worn on a real trail. We want you to actually use it before deciding.
How it works
- Use our contact form with your order number and a short note about what's not working.
- We'll send a prepaid return label — you don't pay shipping on the way back.
- Once we receive it, we'll process the refund or ship the exchange within 2 business days.
What's eligible
- Eligible: Anything returned within 30 days of delivery, used or unused.
- Eligible: Gear that failed in the field — we want to know about it.
- Eligible: Exchanges for a different size, color, or model.
- Not eligible: Items damaged by accident or misuse outside the return window. We'll still help you find replacement parts where possible.
- Not eligible: Personal-contact items like hydration bladder mouthpieces for hygiene reasons.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, the refund hits your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Store credit is processed immediately.
If you paid with a gift card, the refund returns to that card — we can email a replacement if the original was discarded.
